Who is a Flight Dispatcher?
A Flight Dispatcher is like the pilot on the ground, working right inside the airport. They are the ones who make sure every flight is safe and ready before the plane even takes off — and they keep track of it while it’s in the air.
Their work involves planning the flight route, calculating how much fuel is needed, checking the weather, and coordinating with pilots and ground staff.

Our instructors are heavily experienced and have spent years dispatching flights for both local and international flights, one of our most decorated instructors is veteran Flight Dispatcher Victoria J. Adegbe, she has an NCAA license and is also fully qualified as a ground piloting instructor from the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) in the United States which very few in the industry can boast of.
She has dispatched flights for the Presidential AirFleet(PAF) and has also worked in Arik as a Flight Dispatcher.
Not only is she heavily qualified to instruct, she has also been blessed from above with a natural ability to actually teach and imbue within her students’ passion.

Being here right now as a licensed flight dispatcher honestly didn’t start off as rosy as you’d imagine.
I remember walking into a class filled with 7 other strangers and me making it 8.
I remember our first instructor; Going through the phases, I kept doubting myself, could I do this, why didn’t I apply to become a customer service representative……
We got through the advanced stage and then came the first lady I had seen in dispatch, her name’s Mrs.Victoria a.k.a (the I got my license lady☺️, a really lovely and lively lady) and I was stunned( I said to myself “if she could do it, I can”).

The Enrollment and Training Process
Your training with us takes 12 weeks (3 months) — a carefully structured path that builds your foundation, sharpens your skills, and prepares you for licensing and real-world airline experience.
Step 1: Introduction to Flight Dispatch
(Online, 30 minutes)
Before you even step into class, you’ll go through a short but powerful online course called “Introduction to Flight Dispatch”, taught by Veteran Flight Dispatcher Victoria J. Adegbe.

Step 2: Basic Flight Dispatch Program (6 Weeks)
This is your runway — where you master the 12 core subjects that will ignite your journey as a Flight Dispatcher:

Step 3: Advanced Flight Dispatch Program (6 Weeks)
Now it’s time to level up with 17 advanced courses that deepen your technical expertise and prepare you for exams, airline operations, and leadership as a professional Flight Dispatcher.
Step 4: NCAA Exams & Airline Internship (I.T.)
After training, you’ll move into the NCAA exam stage and a 3-month Internship with an airline.

Some students finish their exams first before I.T. (recommended for focus).

Others combine exams with internship.

Some start I.T. immediately and return to take exams after.
Whatever path you choose, your end goal is the same: pass the NCAA Papers, complete your internship, and earn your Flight Dispatch License. That’s when you officially become a certified Ground Pilot.
