Being here right now as a licensed flight dispatcher honestly didn’t start off as rosy as you’d imagine.
I remember walking into a class filled with 7 other strangers and me making it 8.
I remember our first instructor; Going through the phases, I kept doubting myself, could I do this, why didn’t I apply to become a customer service representative……
We got through the advanced stage and then came the first lady I had seen in dispatch, her name’s Mrs.Victoria a.k.a (the I got my license lady☺️, a really lovely and lively lady) and I was stunned( I said to myself “if she could do it, I can”).
It was unbelievably difficult (the learning stage), but we eventually got through it all. Mrs.Victoria to me played a huge role than I would have believed or more than anyone would have thought to me…
She was the first person I’d run to when things weren’t going as planned.
After my first NCAA exam, I scored below the mark and I called her in pains and she calmed me down and said to me you’d score 86 on your next attempt and I laughed, but best believe I did score 86 on my next attempt and I was amazed.

Our Registration Process,
Our enrollment procedure is one of a kind as it prepares you ahead of time for your flight dispatch classes so that once you enter into class, you would have had a basic foundational knowledge of flight dispatch.
We noticed that most aviation institutes will offer you a maths and physics entry exam before actually enrolling you to start your program.
We all know how frustrating it is to pick up a math and physics textbook to study, the worst of all is when it’s been a while since you left secondary school or maybe you weren’t even a science student at all, this obstacle is sometimes enough to make someone back out.
We at Aviatrix Hub understand that frustration and believe more than anyone that anybody from any field of endeavor has a chance at becoming a Flight dispatcher.
Our enrollment procedure offers you an “Introduction to Flight Dispatch” online course taught by Veteran Flight Dispatcher Victoria J. Adegbe.
After this very brief online course of less than 30mins you will be given access to write a short online exam on everything that was taught in the class.
Once you pass this exam you will be given a certificate which you will present at the Aviatrix Hub training center.
Job Placements,
Now to the Main Burning question, would I get a Job once I’m done with my training?
If you do decide to train with us, then there exists a high possibility of you getting a job when you have completed your training.

The first most important step is to complete your training and get your license. Once that is done you will be able to take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself.
Our Fees,
The Flight Dispatch Program is a 12weeks program, whereby the first 6 weeks is dedicated towards Basic Flight Dispatch and the other 6weeks for the Advanced Flight Dispatch program, once you are done with your program at our training center, you will be given permission to write your NCAA Exams.
Therefore below are our Fees
Form- N10,000
Introduction to Flight Dispatch Course- N20,000(Online Course)
Basic Flight Dispatch- N350,000(Payable in 2 installments)
Advanced Flight Dispatch- N450,000(Payable in 2 installments)
The fees above are for students who are willing to come from 9am-5pm on Mon to Fridays.
However, if you are already working during the day and won’t be able to meet up with that time schedule, then you can join our Evening and Weekend Flight Dispatch Classes. Below are the Fees for this special package.
Form- N10,000
Introduction to Flight Dispatch Course- N20,000(Online Course)
Basic Flight Dispatch- N450,000(Payable in 2 installments)
Advanced Flight Dispatch- N550,000(Payable in 2 installments)
The Evening Classes take place by 4-6pm on Monday to Friday and 10am- 3pm on Saturdays.
Accomodation,
Are you living far away from our training center? If you are then you can request for accomodation, we have a suitable and affordable school hostel close to our training center.
However accomodation discussions will be handled with you when you visit our training center.
